Dr. Monisha Bhanote, your Wellbeing Teacher, will guide you through three Wellbeing Sessions that are designed to introduce you to the latest science in health and wellness while providing you with rituals and techniques you can apply throughout your daily life on your return home. These sessions will teach you how to easily incorporate more plants into your nutrition, reduce toxins, and optimize your sleep and recovery for optimal cellular regeneration.
Yely Rivas-Staley, your Mindfulness Teacher, will guide you through daily guided meditations, yoga practices, and three Mindful Selfcare classes that are designed to break the stigma associated with self care. In these classes, you will learn what selfcare is, why it is important, and how to customize your self-care routine.

DEPOSIT:
Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $650. The amount will be deducted from the listed price. With this amount, you will be guaranteed a place at the retreat and a bed at the retreat center (space is limited to only 23 participants).
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
VIP Registration: Those on the WAITLIST get exclusive access to online registration for 14 days:
1) Choose and book your room. The first to book gets the room.
2) The option to select five (4) installments as a payment plan. The full payment is due by September 1, 2022.
Regular Registration: Available after VIP exclusive access period ends. Choose and book your room. The option to select four (4) installments as a payment plan. The full payment is due by September 1, 2022.
Final payment is due by September 1, 2022. Overall online registration closes on September 1, 2022. The payments are 100% non-refundable since it is used for reserving the retreat space, eco-accommodations, meals, and more at the retreat sanctuary. Credit card transactions are subject to a fee.
* If this retreat is postponed or canceled due to an unforeseen event, you will have the option of rolling your deposit + payment over to the next retreat. Meet Your Wellbeing Teacher
Dr. Monisha Bhanote, the founder of the Holistic Wellbeing Collective, is a quintuple board-certified physician and published author with expertise in Integrative Medicine, Functional Culinary Medicine, and Nutrigenomics Biohacking. After graduating from Binghamton University with dual degrees in Chemistry and Asian Studies, she earned her medical degree and completed training at NYU Winthrop University Hospital. This was followed by three fellowships in Cytopathology at Cornell University, Breast, Bone & Soft tissue Cancer at the University of Rochester, and Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Arizona.
Dr. Bhanote has additional training and certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Plant-Based Nutrition, Ayurveda, Yoga for Cancer Recovery, and is a 500+ hr Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist.
As a Yoga Teacher, Monisha has completed additional training in Yin & Meditation, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Myofascial Release, Female Health, Nervous System & Restorative, and Mental Health.
She applies a whole-body approach to healing. She is a sought-after health and wellness expert providing both speaking and written commentary to multiple news media outlets and publications.
Her interests include nutrition and the microbiome, the role of stress and inflammation in disease manifestation, applying mindfulness as a lifestyle practice, and cancer and disease prevention. Dr. Bhanote's mission is to support an integrative approach to evidence-based holistic wellbeing.
Meet Your Mindfulness Teacher
My name is Yely Rivas-Staley, I am a Venezuelan born American citizen, who speaks fluently in English and Spanish and enjoy learning and studying. Before I became a Yoga Teacher, I was a Venezuelan Attorney with a master’s degree at Law from the University of Illinois. I lived in Chicago, Illinois for several years, and then moved to Silicon Valley California, where I was a yoga studio owner. With more than a decade of experience in yoga and meditation, I am now a certified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance with E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, Functional Yin Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Anatomy. Currently I collaborate with Yoga Medicine, Yoga International, and OmPractice by writing articles and teaching various online yoga classes in English and Spanish.
I have been practicing Yoga since 2004 and Meditation since 2008 and have trained with some of the most world-renowned yoga and meditation teachers. I am currently enrolled to receive my Mindfulness Meditation certification. I am constantly refining my practice, studies and knowledge of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness with many other renown teachers so I can continue offering my best self to my students.
It's my mission and passion to teach and help busy professionals to embrace the power of mindful daily self-care practices so they can avoid depletion and instead align with their authentic selves and live a harmonious authentic, joyful and fulfilled life.

Absolutely! This package includes 5 days at a luxury eco-friendly retreat center within the lush, subtropical surroundings of the St. Sebastian nature preserve in Florida with all the amenities in the middle of the Jungle. In addition to the daily sessions, it includes daily gourmet plant-based nourishment, with morning coffee, tea and juice available.

REGISTER ONLINE: Select the room you want, fill out the registration form and submit the credit card information at the end of the registration process. On the registration form, you can let us know if you're attending with a friend and if you want to share a room.
PAYMENT PLAN OR FULL PAYMENT: After registering, submit a $650 deposit and select either a payment plan or full payment.
FINAL PAYMENT (if applicable): If you submit a deposit and opt in for a Payment Plan, your credit card will automatically be billed on the 1st of every month until your account is fully paid. The final balance is due on August 1, 2022.

The closest international airport is Orlando (MCO) which is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive to ChoZen Retreat.
Palm Beach International (PBI) is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
Miami International (MIA) is approximately 180 miles or 2.5 hours drive.

Sunscreen Reef Safe, Sustainable Bottle of Water, Eco-friendly Mosquito Repellent, hat, sunglasses, sandals, swimming suit, and breathable clothes.

Certainly! Eco-friendly mats, blocks, blankets, meditation cushions, and straps are available at the Retreat Center. In the event that you prefer to bring your own yoga mat, you can always place it on top of the one provided by the retreat center.

The only prerequisite is that you are an active person and have attended a beginner's yoga class prior to the retreat.

Our COVID-19 safety protocol meets and exceeds federal standards for safe gathering. Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us at ChoZen.
We have the following requirements:
1. Guests are required to present a negative PCR test within 48 hours of the retreat.
2. Upon arrival, ChoZen’s staff members will administer a Rapid Antigen Test to all of the Guests.
3. In the interest of the safety of our guests, if your rapid antigen test on site is positive, you will not be able to continue the retreat. Arrangements for departure will have to be made at the guests' expense.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended in case of an unforeseen event like this.
