*$777 of the payment is non-refundable. The remainder of your payment is only refundable up to 60 days before the retreat. We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness, which may occur during the retreat or traveling to or from the retreat. All attendees are strongly recommended to have their own travel insurance so you can receive full reimbursement of your deposit, remaining balance and/or additional expenses in case of illness, injury, flight delays or cancellations of other unforeseeable events that may cause you to cancel or miss any portion of the retreat. We reserve the right to make any changes to our program.

    • Experience a hassle-free journey enhanced by excellent global connections.

    • After confirming your stay, allow the hotel to arrange your airport transfers, ensuring a smooth transition to the peaceful embrace of our retreat. The resort is approximately 45 minutes south of the airport.

    • As you arrive, immerse yourself in an oasis of tranquility. Our retreat offers a harmonious blend of modern amenities and natural beauty, complete with serene walking and bicycling paths that invite exploration and relaxation.on text goes here

    • You are welcome to share a room with others. If they are not attending the retreat, you will need to pay their resort fee using our group rate, and they will not be permitted to attend any of our retreat activities.

    • However, there will be ample downtime for you to enjoy the resort with your guest(s). Please contact us at info@drbhanote.com to inquire about exact rates for additional guests, family suites, maximum room capacity, etc.

    • If you are sharing a room with another retreat guest, please let us know by emailing info@drbhanote.com and specify whether you prefer a King or Double Queen accommodation.

    • Please note that there is no discount for sharing a room as this is an all-inclusive resort, and pricing is per guest.

    • The resort can arrange roundtrip transfers for your convenience.

    • Transportation to the resort is not included.

    • Ideally, plan to arrive by 4 PM on Thursday, March 27th, 2025.

    • Our all-inclusive wellness resort accommodates all dietary preferences.

    • During our group dinners, you will enjoy exquisite plant-based and gluten-free 3-5 course cuisine.

    • For breakfast and lunch, meat, seafood, dairy, and eggs are also available.

    • However, we recommend for the best nervous system reset to enjoy the plant-based culinary creations of the resort – we promise you won't miss a thing.

    • Please feel free to ask your Nomadic Guide or waitstaff for any specific dietary needs or questions.

  • To secure your spot, pay in full or with a payment plan upon registration. $777 of that is non-refundable.

    The full payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat.

    Please note that no refunds will be offered within 60 days of the retreat, regardless of circumstances.

    We highly recommend acquiring travel insurance to cover any potential losses due to unforeseen circumstances.
