A healthy gut leads to a healthy body. In spite of that, it's difficult for us to include all those nutrients in our daily lives. Plant-based recipes and cooking classes will teach us how to nourish our cells through the power of plants.

There is no doubt that the body is meant to move, but how can you tap into the most effective movements for you?  Using movement practices that don't feel like exercise, we will provide our bodies with the strength and flexibility they need as they age.
