  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk, I prefer even more organic non-gmo soy milk)

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries

  • Shredded coconut

  • Chopped nuts

  • Vegan chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor. Drain any excess liquid from the silken tofu.

  2. Blend Base: Add the silken tofu, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender with the avocado.

  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well combined.
