WELLKHANA KITCHEN RECIPE

1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup soy milk (unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup plain non dairy yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
A pinch of salt (optional, to enhance flavors)
Garnish with mint leaves
Instructions:
Prepare the Mango: If using fresh mango, peel and chop the mango into chunks. If using frozen mango, you can use it directly.
