WELLKHANA KITCHEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked organic jade pearl rice

  • 1 cup coconut cream

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded

  • 5 dates, pitted and chopped

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp organic spirulina powder

  • 1 tbsp agave or honey

  • Sliced bananas and pistachios (optional for topping)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Finely chop the fresh ginger. Pit and chop the dates. Measure out all other ingredients.

  2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the cooked jade pearl rice, coconut cream, shredded coconut, chopped dates, chopped ginger, spirulina powder, and agave or honey.

  3. Cook: Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure everything is well mixed and heated through.

  4. Serve: Serve the pudding warm, topped with sliced bananas and pistachios if desired.
