WELLKHANA KITCHEN RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups leafy greens

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • ½ cup diced pineapple

  • ¼  cup diced mango

  • ½ banana

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter

  • ½  teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Blend all ingredients and enjoy

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Prepare the ingredients by washing the leafy greens thoroughly, dicing the pineapple and mango if not already done, peeling and slicing the banana, grating the ginger, and squeezing the lime juice.

  2. Combine Ingredients: Combine the ingredients in a blender by adding 2 cups of leafy greens, 1 cup of coconut milk, ½ cup of diced pineapple, ¼ cup of diced mango, the sliced banana, 1 tablespoon of nut butter, ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice.

  3. Blend until Smooth: Start blending on a low setting, gradually increasing to high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add water a little at a time and continue blending until you reach your desired consistency.

  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired. You can also add a pinch of salt to enhance the overall flavor.

  5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately for the best taste and nutritional benefits.

  6. Tips: You can customize your smoothie by adding other ingredients like chia seeds, flax seeds, or a handful of nuts for extra nutrients. For a colder smoothie, use frozen pineapple and mango or add a few ice cubes before blending.
