Beets are a powerhouse of nutrients, rich in nitrates that help lower blood pressure and improve circulation. They also contain antioxidants like betalains, which reduce inflammation and support overall heart health.

TAHINI | HEALTHY FATS AND CALCIUM

Tahini is made from sesame seeds and is a great source of healthy fats, calcium, and magnesium. It supports bone health, energy production, and cardiovascular health.

GARLIC | IMMUNITY AND CIRCULATION SUPPORT

Garlic is packed with sulfur compounds like allicin, which support heart health, boost immunity, and improve blood flow. It’s a natural way to add flavor and health benefits to any dish.

LEMON JUICE | VITAMIN C BOOSTER

Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C, which supports immune function and enhances iron absorption. Its bright acidity balances the sweetness of the beets, creating a harmonious flavor profile.

OLIVE OIL | HEART-HEALTHY FATS

Olive oil is a key component of the Mediterranean diet and is rich in monounsaturated fats, which help reduce bad cholesterol and support heart health.
