Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • ¼  avocado

  • 1 cup oat milk

  • 2 tsp hemp seeds

  • ¼  teaspoon cardamom

  • 1 scoop plant protein powder

  • Add water if needed to bring it to the desired consistency

  • Blend and enjoy

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Prepare the ingredients by washing the spinach, kale, and mint leaves thoroughly, rinsing the blueberries, and scooping out ¼ avocado.

  2. Combine Ingredients: Combine the ingredients in a blender by adding 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of kale, 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves, 1 cup of blueberries, ¼ avocado, 1 cup of oat milk, 2 teaspoons of hemp seeds, ¼ teaspoon of cardamom, and 1 scoop of plant protein powder.
