Learn to create plant-based meals high in protein, developed for athletes or people looking for a healthy eating, high protein lifestyle. Our chef teams up with Dr. Monisha Bhanote, a board-certified physician with expertise in Integrative/Functional Medicine. In this hands-on cooking experience, you create the delicious meal you will enjoy in this class, so come hungry! Kombucha will be served during this cooking experience.

Lentil and Mushroom Falafel – Guest Made Pickled Red Onion, Cucumber, and Tahini Vinaigrette
Savory Oat Groats Protein Power Bowl – Tofu, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, beets, white bean hummus, and more!
