About this Event
Some days, do you seem to be walking around in a brain fog? Come to JAX Cooking Studio and learn to create plant-based meals for mental clarity. This menu is developed to help fuel better brain power and mental alertness and dissipate brain fog. Our chef teams up with Dr. Monisha Bhanote, a board-certified physician with expertise in Integrative/Functional Medicine. In this hands-on cooking experience, you create the delicious meal you will enjoy in this class, so come hungry! Kombucha will be served during this cooking experience.
