Swimsuit season is officially here! Learn to cook a plant-based meal that will give you greater energy and will help you achieve a flat belly for summer beach days. Dr. Monisha Bhanote teams up with our chef to explain how a plant-based diet works and why it is best for losing weight and keeping it off, even when compared to the Mediterranean diet. Then you will cook a delicious plant-based meal under the guidance of our chef. Complimentary kombucha will be served during the cooking experience.
