  1. Combine Ingredients: Place all ingredients—raw pumpkin seeds, pistachios, unsweetened shredded coconut, hemp hearts, dates, coconut oil, spirulina, and cinnamon—into a food processor or high-speed blender. Process for about 15 seconds until well combined.

  2. Alternative Preparation: If you’re not using a food processor or blender, finely chop the pumpkin seeds, pistachios, coconut, hemp hearts, and dates. Mix these chopped ingredients with the remaining ingredients until well combined.

  3. Form Bites: Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.

  4. Coat: Roll each ball in your choice of sesame seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, raw cacao nibs, or cacao powder for added texture and flavor.

  5. Store: Enjoy your Spirulina Detox Defense Bites immediately or store the leftovers in the fridge for a quick, nutrient-packed snack anytime.
